【Celebrity Safety and Privacy】

・Photography, video recording, and audio recording of any celebrity are strictly prohibited at the venue, except in designated areas and during designated times. This includes recording with smartphones, wearable devices, smart glasses, and other devices.

・Live streaming from the venue via video platforms, social media, or other services is strictly prohibited for any reason.

・Waiting for, following, stalking, or otherwise pursuing celebrities around the venue, on public transportation (including stations and airports), at hotels, or in surrounding areas is strictly prohibited. Any similar acts that infringe on a celebrity's privacy are also prohibited.

【Photo Sessions and Sign or Selfie Sessions】

■Admission and Venue Rules

・Baggage checks will be conducted upon entry. We appreciate your cooperation.

・Please keep your belongings with you. The event organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

・Dangerous items are prohibited, including firearms and other weapons prohibited by law, utility knives, scissors, explosives, bottles, cans, alcohol, chemical light sticks, and similar items.

・Photography and video recording are prohibited inside the venue. Unauthorized posting on social media is also prohibited and may result in legal action.

・Please follow all staff instructions.

・Event times and policies are subject to change.

・Event content may be changed without notice at the request of the celebrity or their management.

■Ticket Refunds and Cancellations

・Photo Session Tickets (including Companion Tickets) and Sign or Selfie Tickets alone do not grant admission to the event. You must also purchase a ticket for "Tokyo Horror Special Zone!! 2026."

・If a celebrity is unable to travel to Japan due to unforeseen circumstances, Photo Session Tickets (including Companion Tickets) and Sign or Selfie Tickets for that celebrity will be refunded. Tickets for "Tokyo Horror Special Zone!! 2026" are non-refundable.

・Tickets cannot be changed to a different date or time after purchase. Refunds due to an incorrect purchase cannot be provided.

・If the event is cancelled due to a natural disaster or circumstances attributable to the organizer, the refund policy will be announced separately. Tickets cannot otherwise be changed or refunded.

・Tickets will not be reissued for any reason. Please keep your tickets safe.

■Photo Sessions

・One "Photo Session Ticket" allows one person to participate in one photo session.

・One person may participate with a "Photo Session Ticket" holder by using one "Companion Ticket."

*Only one "Companion Ticket" may be used with each "Photo Session Ticket."

・One "Photo Session Ticket" allows one adult and up to two children of elementary school age or younger to participate in the same photo session.

*If three or more children of elementary school age or younger wish to participate, a "Companion Ticket" is required for each additional child.

・Guests who require assistance and have a disability certificate may enter the photo session area with their accompanying person. However, only the ticket holder may be photographed with the celebrity.

・A waiting line will be formed 15 minutes before the start time stated on your ticket. Please arrive with sufficient time.

・No belongings other than valuables may be brought into the photo session booth. Please use the baggage area provided outside the booth.

*Small items such as small stuffed toys and pouches may be brought into the booth.

・Wheelchairs and strollers may be brought into the photo session area. However, strollers are not permitted inside the photo session booth. Please leave them in the baggage area during the photo session.

・Physical contact with celebrities and requests for specific poses are not permitted.

・For safety reasons, celebrities cannot hold children during photo sessions.

・Gifts cannot be handed directly to celebrities during photo sessions. Please use the "Gift Reception Box" provided at the Photo Session and Sign or Selfie Session areas.

・One printed photo will be provided per Photo Session Ticket. Additional prints can be purchased through the paid photo data service.

・Additional prints for guests participating with a Companion Ticket can be purchased at the designated counter at the venue.

・If a celebrity's management determines that a costume is dangerous or constitutes specific discriminatory expression, you may be asked to remove the costume. If it cannot be removed easily, you may be refused a photo session in that costume. There are no changing rooms or cloakrooms for costumes at the venue. Please manage your belongings yourself.

■Sign or Selfie Sessions

・One "Sign or Selfie Ticket" admits one person. Companion Tickets cannot be used for Sign or Selfie Sessions.

・One "Sign or Selfie Ticket" allows one adult and up to two children of elementary school age or younger to participate. For selfies, staff will use your mobile phone to take photos of you and the celebrity.

*One signed item and one selfie are permitted per "Sign or Selfie Ticket."

・Guests who require assistance and have a disability certificate may enter the Sign or Selfie Session area with their accompanying person. However, only the ticket holder may participate in the sign or selfie with the celebrity.

・A waiting line will be formed 15 minutes before the start time stated on your ticket. Please arrive with sufficient time.

*For some celebrities, you may take photos while they are signing. Video recording is prohibited. Two-shot photos of you and the celebrity, including selfies, are not permitted. Please ask staff on the day whether photography is permitted for the celebrity and what rules apply.

・At the request of the celebrity or their management, they may decline to sign items or portraits brought by guests. In such cases, you will be asked to select an official portrait provided by the event for signing. Please note that we cannot confirm in advance whether a celebrity will sign a particular item. If you are concerned, we recommend bringing several items.

・Pens (gold, silver, black, and white) will be provided. You may bring your own pen for autographs.

・You may request a name, quote, and date to be written on the item or portrait. Quotes are limited to approximately 6–8 words.

・Please allow the ink to dry before placing the signed item in a bag, as it may smudge or stick. Signatures cannot be redone.

・Please note that these policies are subject to change without notice at the discretion of the celebrity or their management.

・For selfies, you may choose one of the following three options. However, you may not take the photo yourself:

① The celebrity uses your mobile phone to take a two-shot photo of you and the celebrity

② The celebrity uses your mobile phone to take a selfie

③ A staff member uses your mobile phone to take a photo of you and the celebrity

*As a rule, staff will hand your mobile phone to the celebrity. Please make sure the self-timer is turned off in advance.

*Retakes due to blurred or otherwise unclear photos are generally limited to one retake.

・Gifts cannot be handed directly to celebrities during Sign or Selfie Sessions. Please use the "Gift Reception Box" provided at the Photo Session and Sign or Selfie Session areas.

■For Guests Wearing Costumes

The following are prohibited at "Tokyo Horror Special Zone!! 2026":

・Costumes or expressions that may criticize or ridicule specific groups, races, genders, religions, historical subjects, or cultures

・Costumes that may be mistaken for those of specific professions, including military, police, firefighters, guards, or other public servants

・Extremely revealing costumes or costumes that may cause discomfort to other guests

・Decorations that may injure others, such as long or sharp spikes

・Items that may damage or soil the venue, including sprays, paints, wet fake blood, and unreinforced straw sandals

・Bladed or sharp objects, including knives, swords, sickles, ice picks, and utility knives, as well as metal pipes

・Firearms or gun-like items capable of firing, including airsoft and electric guns

・Items that may damage the venue, such as spikes or metal-soled boots

・Masks that completely cover the face

・Oversized costumes that may inconvenience other guests

・Any other costumes or props deemed inappropriate by the organizer or venue staff Guests wearing prohibited costumes or using prohibited props may be refused entry.

*There are no changing rooms or cloakrooms for costumes at the venue. Please manage your belongings yourself.
