Admission to the Celebrity Area
*To enter the celebrity area, Admission ticket + photo ticket (and accompanying ticket if accompanied by a companion) or autograph ticket are required
*Ticket types for admission are "3-DAYPASS" and "Advance purchase and one-day admission ticket" .
*Baggage and metal detector inspections will be conducted prior to entry.
*Cosplayers are required to display their "Cosplay Participation Certificate" at all times in the Celebrity Area.
Tokyo/Osaka Comic Con 3-DAY PASS
*All ticket prices listed are tax included.
*Admission for elementary school students and under only is not permitted.
*Re-entry is possible during the event period.
*3DAYPASS is for admission to the venue. Tickets for the autograph session and photo session with the actors will be sold separately in the future, and the admission ticket will be required for those events as well.
*Tickets for the autograph session and photo session do not include an admission ticket, so please be sure to purchase an admission ticket as well.
*Tickets will be exchanged at the exchange counter near the entrance.
*Tickets can be exchanged for 3 days during the event period.
*Refunds for admission tickets will be issued only if the event is cancelled due to a natural disaster or other reasons beyond the organizer’s control, but no changes or refunds will be made for any other reason.
*Tickets will not be reissued for any reason (lost, burned, stolen, damaged, etc.).
Tokyo/Osaka Comic Con General Admission
*All ticket prices listed are tax included.
*Day-of-performance for adults, high school students, junior high school students.
*Junior high and high school student advance tickets are for junior high and high school students as of the date of the event. (You may be asked to show your student ID on the day of the event.)
*Admission for elementary school students and under only is not permitted.
*Admission is not permitted except on designated days.
*Re-entry is permitted on the designated day.
*Admission tickets are for entry into the venue.
*The admission ticket refund policy will be announced only in case of cancellation of the event due to natural disasters or organizer’s reasons, but no changes or refunds will be made for any other reasons.
*Tickets will not be reissued for any reason (lost, burned, stolen, damaged, etc.).
*The date and time of the event cannot be changed for any reason after tickets have been purchased.
*Tickets for the autograph session and photo session do not include an admission ticket, so please be sure to purchase an admission ticket in advance.
Photo and Autograph Ticket
*Customers who purchased tickets on the HollyCon site are requested to exchange them at "WILLCALL".
For security reasons, we may ask you to identify yourself at the time of ticket exchange, so please be sure to bring something to prove your identity. If we are unable to confirm your identity, we may not be able to exchange your ticket.

Companion Ticket
*The companion ticket is ¥3,300 (tax included) per person (common for all Celeb and dates).
*Accompanying tickets are for use together with a person who has a photography ticket.
*You will not be allowed to enter the celebrity area with only an accompanying ticket. Please be sure to line up with the person who has the photo ticket.
*If three or more children of elementary school age or younger wish to be photographed, an accompanying ticket is required. (See Example 3)
*Maximum of 2 companion tickets can be used in combination with photography tickets (maximum number of people: 3 adults and 2 elementary school students or younger).
*If a celebrity is unable to come to Japan due to unforeseen circumstances, the accompanying ticket will be refunded. (Refunds for admission tickets will only be issued if the event is cancelled due to a natural disaster or for the organizer's convenience, but no changes or refunds will be made for any other reason.)
*Companion tickets can be purchased at the ticket office during the exhibition.
*One photo (print) per photo ticket will be given after the photo shoot. The number of additional photos (prints) is not included in the accompanying ticket.
*If you need more than one photo (print), please use the data service (charged). See detail at: Information
Photo Session
*Please note that the celebrity may be cancelled suddenly due to unforeseen circumstances.
*Taking still images and videos with your own camera device is prohibited in the celebrity area.
*One photo ticket allows 1 adult + up to 2 children under elementary school age to be photographed at the same time. If you wish to photograph more than two people, please purchase an accompanying ticket.
*The companion ticket is ¥3,300 (tax included)/person (for all celebrities, all dates and times).
*Please be in line 30 minutes to 1 hour before the start time of each photo session to allow enough time for the photo session.
*No baggage (except for valuables) is allowed in the photo booth except for small pochette or similar item. Please leave your baggage in the baggage storage area.
*Please take care of your baggage by yourself. We will not be responsible for any loss or theft of baggage.
*Wheelchairs and baby strollers are allowed. Baby strollers are not allowed to enter the photo booth, so please use the baggage area.
*We provide a photographer for the photo session.
*You cannot ask celebrities to hug or pose for you.
*Celebrities are not allowed to hold children for photo shoots as it may cause unexpected accidents.
*Gifts cannot be given during the photo shoot. Please use the gift reception desk located outside the celebrity area.
*One photo (print) per photo ticket will be given after the photo shoot. If you need multiple photos (prints), please go to the Reprint Boot near the Photo Area (charged).
*Persons wishing to cosplay and take photos with celebrities must register in advance at cosplay register booth. Please line up at the designated photo time with your cosplay participation card.
*When photographing in cosplay, if it is deemed dangerous or discriminatory by the staff, you may be asked to remove your cosplay. In such cases, please follow the instructions of the staff. If it is difficult to remove the cosplay, we may refuse to allow you to photograph in that cosplay.
Data service and Extra Prints service
* You can make extra copy of a picture at the Extra Print service booth. 1,000 yen (tax included) per photo. Data download (1,650 yen) must be purchased separately. Please refer to this page for details on how to purchase the data service.
*Selfies with celebrities may be held at the discretion of the celebrity and management. The fee for additional selfie photo print will be 1,500 yen (tax included) per photo.
*Photos taken at Tokyo Comic-Con's can also be reprinted with our date service photo date. 1,000 yen (tax included) / 1 photo.
Cosplayers
*Persons wishing to photograph with celebrities in cosplay must register in advance. Please line up at the designated photo session time with your "Cosplay Participation Certificate”.
*Please note that the following items may not be brought in photograph area. Please do not bring or wear the following items or costumes.

*In the event that cosplay or other activities are deemed dangerous or inconvenient to other visitors, admission may be denied at the discretion of the staff.
*We reserve the right to refuse to allow cosplayers to photograph if the staff determines that it is dangerous or discriminatory in any way.
*The rules are subject to change according to the wishes of the celebrity.
Autograph Session
*Please note that the selection may be cancelled suddenly due to unforeseen circumstance.
*Taking still images and videos with your own camera device is prohibited in the celebrity area.
*If you have a signed ticket, please line up 30 minutes to 1 hour before the start time written on the ticket.
*One person is admitted per autograph ticket. (Companion Ticket cannot be used for the autograph session.)
*Children of elementary school age and younger may line up with the person who purchased the ticket.
*Wheelchairs and strollers are allowed.
*Pens (gold, silver, blue, black) are available here. We cannot use pens brought by customers.
*Names, lines, dates, etc. cannot be included in the signature. (Requests are also prohibited.)
*Gifts cannot be given directly to guests. Please use the gift reception desk.
*Please be careful not to put the sign in a bag or other container before it is dry, as it may blur or stick to the bag. Signatures cannot be rewritten.
*Please take care of your baggage by yourself. We will not be responsible for any loss or theft of baggage.
*Tickets will not be reissued for any reason (lost, burned, stolen, damaged, etc.).
